Josef Selichar† was the laureate of the Olga Havel Awards 2004.
The Olga Havel Award 2004 was given to Josef Selichar on the 3rd of May 2004, at the Grégrov hall of the Municipal House in Prague. Josef Selichar, the laureate of the Olga Havel Award 2004, is the establisher of the Setrans Company, which assists handicapped people to choose, try, and purchase rehabilitation and compensation aids. Since 2004, the Firm has expanded and opened a new shop with aids for handicapped children.
The Olga Havel Award – bronze sculpture made by Olbram Zoubek "Encouragement" – was handed over by chairman Dana Němcová in the presence of the former Czech president Václav Havel and members of the Board of Directors senator Jaroslava Moserová, Ivan Douda, Miloš Rejchrt, and Ljuba Václavová.
