Accept our invitation to the launch of a charity calendar with photographs of Olga Havel, which will include a screening of photographs by the author, Bohdan Holomíček. The ceremony will take place on Monday 31 October at 7 pm at the Václav Havel Library.
Nearly 500 runners and walkers took part in the fourth annual Goodwill Run, which took place on Tuesday, 13 September, in Hvězda. Thanks to them, a beautiful 315,000 Czech crowns were raised to help families in need.
We would like to invite you to the fourth Goodwill Run in Hvězda forest in Prague 6, offering not only a sports experience, but also a nice afternoon you can spend with your family, enjoying various activities for children and adults as well. You can look forward to individual runs, relay and company run, children’s races and fun and educational activities for children.
On the occasion of Olga Havel's 90th birthday in 2023, the Committee of Good Will - Olga Havel Foundation together with Bohdan Holomíček prepared a unique calendar with photographs of Olga Havel.

Quinta-Analytica donated CZK 100,000 to the Committee of Good Will - Olga Havel Foundation to support children with cerebral palsy. The funds will help families caring for a child with a neurological disease to pay for intensive therapies, called neurorehabilitation, which are of great importance for improving health.
More than 50 players took part in the third year of Good Will Golf, which took place on Wednesday 22 June at the Panorama Golf Resort in Kácov. After paying the entry fee and fines for bad and too good play, they contributed CZK 185,600 to families caring for children with cerebral palsy.
The Board of Directors of the Committee of Good Will – Olga Havel Foundation supported projects that provide social services aimed at the inclusion of excluded people into society. A total of CZK 1,218,320 in financial support was granted to 40 non-profit organisations.
The Committee of Good Will - Olga Havel Foundation and the Václav Havel Library have jointly called on world leaders to step up their assistance in stopping the Russian invasion of Ukraine. In a letter addressed to U.S. President Joe Biden, European Council President Charles Michel, French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, the two organizations, whose mission is to promote and defend the legacy of Václav and Olga Havel, point to the seriousness of the situation in Ukraine and the need for further Western intervention.
The Committee of Good Will - Olga Havel Foundation founded public collection to provide professional and long-term assistance to people affected by the war in Ukraine. The funds from the collection will be used for activities related to the aftercare of refugees in the Czech Republic.
The Committee of Good Will – Olga Havel Foundation will present the Olga Havel Award for the twenty-eighth time this year. The prestigious award will go to a personality who, despite his or her health handicap, helps others and is an inspiration to others
On Thursday, January 27, it will have been 26 years since Olga Havlová died. We will honor the memory of this exceptional woman and the founder of our organization by laying flowers and lighting a candle at the Havel family tomb at the Vinohrady Cemetery in Prague.
