Pathways to integration

One of the main aims of the Olga Havel Foundations in to help people with disabilities to overcome their barriers and find a comfortable way to integrate themselves into the society. To change the current attitude of prejudice, it is important to understand the notion of accepting the people in need of constant help. Every person handicapped in some way should have the same opportunities in life as other people, differing only in the way they receive support. The foundation contributes to the reconstruction of homes without barriers, for tools and equipment needed by handicapped children at school, and for personal assistance required by handicapped people wanting to live a independent lifestyle.
