Healthcare Assistance
The Foundation supports training for nurses in bedside communication, for dealing with challenging situations and for improving the quality of care offered to patients with oncological illnesses. Assitance is provided to NGOs involved in the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases including HIV/AIDS, cancer prevention for women, and supplementary care for patients suffering from cystic fibrosis and other illnesses.
The Foundation organises occasional therapeutic stays for children suffering from cancer, neurological disorders and cardiac illness.
