Photography Exhibition of Olga Havel

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the OHF establishment, the “Olga Havel and the Committee of Good Will Photography Exhibition” was launched. It met with a great public interest and it has been touring through museums, libraries, castles, and other exhibition areas in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for six years already. The exhibition was prepared by the Committee of Good Will – Olga Havel Foundation with the aim to remind the public about the establisher of the Foundation Olga Havel.

Thirty three photos placed on twenty six panels show the very beginnings of the Committee of Good Will - Olga Havel Foundation, Olga´s meetings with handicapped children and adults, and also with public figures like Princess Diana, actor Alain Delon or the Spanish Princess Kristyna. Other photos captured the atmosphere of the former psychiatric institutions and social care centres. The photos were taken by well-known photographers e.g. Ondřej Němec, Bohdan Holomíček, Přemysl Fialka, Gabriela Čapková, Zdeněk Chrapek and others.

Would you like to rent the exhibition?

Municipal libraries, schools, museums, and other cultural organisers can rent the exhibition. It is free of charge, however, it needs to be picked up and taken to its final destination. Maximum length of the exhibition rental is two to four weeks. The OHF also offers a visit of the OHF representative at the opening or during the exhibition.

Parameters of the exposition

Twenty six posters with photographs and notes in English: 70x100 cm in form of boards.
